Spitzee House

Spitzee House features fifteen one bedroom and fifteen studio apartments over the upper three levels of the building. 

The building has a beautiful lounge with kitchen, library area and private patio that is enjoyed by tenants for many social functions.  All apartments share laundry amenities. You will enjoy the well maintained building, quiet neighbourhood and convenience to downtown and medical services.  Limited off street parking is available.

To qualify, applicants must be Canadian Citizens, independent landed immigrants, or government sponsored landed immigrants.  Total gross household income cannot be more than the income limits are based on community.

Applicants must provide verification of current household income. Acceptable landlord references and/or credit checks are required. All applicants 18 years of age and older may be required to pass a criminal records check before they move in.
