Sheep River House

Sheep River House features twenty-four bright one bedroom suites with has a centrally located kitchenette and lounge, exercise area and patio shared by tenants for social and leisure activities with all apartments sharing laundry amenities.  Limited off street parking is available for suites.

To qualify, applicants must be Canadian Citizens, independent landed immigrants, or government sponsored landed immigrants.  Total gross household income cannot be more than the income limits are based on community.

Applicants must provide verification of current household income. Acceptable landlord references and/or credit checks are required. All applicants 18 years of age and older may be required to pass a criminal records check before they move in.
